DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS, NOBODY IS ALLOWED IN TO THE PUB ROOMS PRESENTLY. BUT DON’T LET THAT PUT YOU OFF – FROM APRIL 12 YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE OUR OUTSIDE TABLES FOR YOUR OFFICE WORK AND MEALS OR SNACKS.

Come to the Woolpack for your working breakfast – fast wi-fi, plenty of power sockets for your laptop and phone, great things to have for breakfast and no music to distract you from your office work.

Monday to Friday between 11am and 12 noon we are putting aside tables for socially-distanced work, and even small meetings so long as they fit with Government Covid-19 guidelines.

This is a great friendly social environment to work in, and we’d just ask you to have something from our menu for breakfast, and a coffee or tea or two. Of course, we will be very happy to provide you with a substantial Woolpack breakfast too, from eggs Benedict to a Full English! Just ask us what’s on that day.

We’ll leave you alone to get on with your tasks in these normally quiet surroundings, and you can of course stay to eat from the normal lunch time menu from 12 noon if you wish. Otherwise, please do let others have your table from 12 noon.

We recently upgraded our wifi (it is fast cable) and this should give you all the speed you need – but these Working Breakfasts are for just that, office working, and so please don’t use our wifi for gaming or streaming, as that can impact its use for others.
